how to buy

1. You can choose the products in the categories (Products) and subcategories menu by clicking  "Add to cart". Moving to the cart, you can change the quantity of the stuff or remove it by clicking the bin icon. You can order products which are not in stock currently or their amount is not sufficient, but filling of the order will take more time. In that case we inform the buyer right away and contact them giving the most possible shipment date.

2. By clicking the "Next" button (on the Cart page) you move to the page where you can register (log in) or enter your data.

3. On the next page you can chose the delivery method. The standard one is shipment via Polish Post Office (Poczta Polska).

4. The next step is confirmation of the payment method. The standard one is payment via PayPal. After the confirmation you move to the PayPal page, where you can pay with your card or account.

5. By clicking the "I confirm my order" button you finally buy the chosen products on your conditions. An order confirmation is sent on your e-mail address and the shop begins its realization. If you'd like to change something you have to contact the shop as soon as possible before the stuff is sent (we do it every day between 1-2 p.m.).

6. We will inform you when the package is sent and give you the shipment number so you can track it.

7. If you prefer other shipping or payment method, on the carrier choosing page choose the "Other carrier or payment" option and write an e-mail to us with your preferences after the order confirmation.

INFORMATIONS FOR COMPANIES

While registering, you should fill the "Company" field.

If your firm has the VAT EU number, you buy stuff paying the net price (excl. tax). Because the prices in the store include 23% VAT (Value Added Tax), you should choose the "Other carrier or payment" option on the carrier choice page. After the confirmation we will contact you to let you know the right price (excl. VAT) and to agree the carrier, the shipment cost and the payment method. You can also contact the shop to do that before placing an order.

 If you are not from the European Union and your order's price is more than 1000 EUR, you also pay the net price, so follow the steps as written above.
