I. General terms

1. An online shop Figurki!, found on a webpage http://figurki.opole.pl enables to buy via Internet.

2. The Figurki! shop is run by the Ostaszewski Mirosław company, named Seller.

3. Ordering in the shop means you accept the terms of use.

II. Ordering and orders realization procedure

4. You can order by addind the product to cart and clicking the "I confirm my order" button. To effectuate the ordering procedure correctly, it's necessary for the Buyer to enter their data.

5. The essential condition of the order's realization is to fill the contact details fields correctly, including an existing e-mail address and phone number which can be called to confirm the order.

6. You can order for 24 hours a day, the whole year. Orders placed on weekdays after 1 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are realized on next weekday.

7. The prices in the online shop Figurki! include VAT (Value Added Tax).

8. The Ostaszewski Mirosław company makes out a bill or an invoice. To receive the invoice you have to fill the company details fields correctly.
